Our Biomedical Engineering Department offers a certificate course in Surgical/Theater Technician. This will enable you to work in hospital theatres. Your education will involve a blend of online, classroom, and clinical/hands-on training, all of which will make you very competent.
Our curriculum is designed to provide students with the necessary competencies and insights crucial for success across a diverse role in medical laboratory science. Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credits in the Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or its equivalent, which must include English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at not more than two (2) sittings.
National Business and Technical Examination Board (NABTEB) is accepted and stands on its own with credits in at five (5) subjects i.e Physics,Chemistry, Biology, English Language, and Mathematics in not more than two (2) sittings.
The College shall conduct written examinations and oral interviews for applicants as the basis for admission.
